Why is Schiff still in Congress?

While the house voted to censor Adam Schiff, the articles apparently got tabled, and a guy who actively promoted the biggest election interference scam in history, got nothing more than a tiny slap on the cheek! And how about Nancy Pelosi, as much or more guilty as Schiff in the Russia-Trump hoax, why is she still in Congress, she is a criminal!
