Where does the Shame Belong?

With corruption in the White House flourishing day by day, and the evidence indisputable, who is responsible for this whole world disgrace? A few years back, the House of Representatives initiated two impeachments, one on a totally fabricated allegation of Russian collusion by the President, created and paid for by Hillary Clinton, another on a perfectly legitimate request for a foreign nation receiving U.S. aid to check into where the money was going, and why! The disgraceful current episode puts the shame on the American people for tolerating Joe Biden to continue as President. The House can't be bothered with Impeachment, they are totally occupied with making sure there is money available for their paychecks and their Bennies!
