What’s With The Court?

It’s not about the President, who doesn’t deserve to be President, due to his callous disregard for human life, but it is about the Law! The crux of the case Texas filed with the Supreme Court was based on two ‘givens’; the first ‘given’ is that members of Congress and the President are elected to create and execute laws, which is how our Country is supposed to operate, and the reality that a nit-wit elected from Minnesota or New York proposes and votes on laws that effect all 50 States, not just New York and Minnesota. The second ‘given’ in the Texas case was very simple; the election laws in the States set out in the lawsuit, passed by the legislative bodies in those States, was by-passed by people who did not have the legal Authority to make last-minute changes in the rules. In every State mentioned in the suit the record of how the illegal changes were made was documented. An illegal election made under illegal rules should not have been allowed to stand. That’s equivalent to “if a bank robber gets out of the door, he’s entitled to keep the money”. The Supreme Court will never live this down, and serves to show that Federal Court Judges should be elected. No more ‘feather bed’ lifetime appointments.
