What Happened to Testing?

Many so-called experts in the fairly recent past had proclaimed that ‘testing’ was the ‘key’ to controlling the Wuhan, promoted on TV news ‘across the board’, on a daily basis! It's probably been a month, at least, since I have seen, or heard, a word about testing on TV. What happened, where did it go? Did it hideaway somewhere along with ‘Contact Tracing’, the ‘futile’ idea about asking people where they had been, who they had associated with, or had any contact with, with no legal authority to ask, and no legal authority for the ‘contacts’ to respond. And how about the ‘voluntary’ ‘quarantine’ and ‘self’ isolation? And then there is the deal ‘vaccinate all the medical people so they won't pass it on to their patients’, but how about the Med folks that refuse to be vaccinated, will they continue to spread the Virus?
