The Vaccine Shipwreck!

The handling of the Vaccine allocation is tantamount to a shipwreck (the COVID-19 pandemic) where the survivors are paddling around on the surface of the Ocean (the State of Idaho) some wearing life jackets, many without, a rescue ship arrives (the Vaccine), and the Captain (Captain Little) of the rescue ship (the U.S.CDC) blurts out on his megaphone “pick up the ones with life jackets first” (the medical profession).
