the underlying crime!

Just read the indictment of President Trump by Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan prosecuting attorney. Mr. Bragg took one charge, which was not specific, and shredded it into tiny parts, and then made each part a separate charge, total 34 charges, actually there was only one. Each of the 34 ‘charges’ contain the exact phrase “with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof", but nowhere in the document is there any mention of what the other crime would be. Only in his after the arraignment victory speech did he, Bragg allude to what “another crime” was, what it was, or is, the ‘hush money’ Trump paid to Stormy Daniels caused Trump to win the 2016 election. Two, or more things wrong with that, the election was in November of 2016, long over with. The ‘hush money’ scandal didn't develop until 2017. The Daniels episode had been diffused by the widely broadcast comparison to Bill Clinton's philandering, in August of 2016. The other problem is both Trump and Daniels have denied the ‘hush money’ was ever paid. Even Braggs star witness, Cohen, has denied that Trump paid out any money to Daniels. But the adage here “that the first lie is the one people remember” is the one the uninformed voters will be swayed by, “there were 34 counts against Trump”! Personally, I think Alvin Bragg has ended his career, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy! Alvin Bragg is a crumb, who just squandered a bunch of taxpayer money!
