The Judge on the Fence!

As widely reported, Judge Reinhart quite recently ‘recused himself’ from presiding over the ‘defamation’ lawsuit filed by ex-President Trump, plaintiff, vs, Hillary Rodham Clinton, defendant! The reason for ‘recusal’ was apparently conflict of interest. If you had conflict of interest here, why would you have no conflict to issue a very questionable search warrant? Another point on the Trump-Clinton case, by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, either party can refuse to accept a ‘judge’ from the ‘practice squad’, or second string of judges, the Magistrate Division, which Judge Reinhart is a member of. The question I would have is why the Administrative Judge, that was assigning the very high-profile Trump vs Clinton case, was even considering the Magistrate Division.
