How to Ruin a Good Segment!

Just watching Live From Studio 6B, they had a ‘clip’ and the guy from the White House explaining why he sometimes forgets where he is at or what he is supposed to talk about, that would be informative, and very entertaining, except for the terrible background music they 'dub’ in, and the ‘crews’ giggling and comments while the ‘funny guy’ is trying to speak. A segment or ‘clip’ like that would be really great if they would knock off the B.S. and let the viewing audience hear what the ‘funny guy’ was saying.
