Caught in our own Snare!

While a small degree of justice finally caught up with Adam Schiff, after five years of being swept under the rug by the DOJ and the FBI, it's a long way from what he should get, like five years in prison. When a ‘honorable’? member of Congress is found guilty of knowingly and willfully ‘conspiring’ to ruin the livelihood and reputation of another individual, regardless of what his purported motive was, he does not belong in Congress. It's even worse when he perpetuated his crusade while being funded by the US government. The ‘rot’ in our Federal Government is so deep it's impossible to measure. And where is the ‘Pearl Harbor’ style of outrage from the public? The group that has an income between 35K and 100K is totally blinded by where their 401-K stands. The larger group, below 35-K income wise is more concerned about where the next bowl of beans comes from. And the 10% group, above 100-K of income, they are the ones causing the turmoil, and they are just happy as hell the way things are going. That group sees nothing wrong, at this point, with being taken over by China, or a huge surplus of Blue-Collar labor (after all, it makes it a lot cheaper), or over a Billion dollars a day, 365 days a year, in trade deficit with China. I heard a quip a few days ago that epitomizes the political structure in America, I quote, “every politician deserves two terms, one term in office, one term in prison”, unquote. That about sums it up!
