Border Funding?

Funding, facilities, personnel, holes in the wall, none of these even matter! The sole purpose, on the short term, is to have 15 million illegals vote for Biden! This is due to a ‘shortcoming’ in our Constitution! Except for the ‘shotgun’ wording of Section two, clause one, Article one, there is no ‘ironclad’ requirement that Electors (Voters) be a U.S. Citizen! The Biden intent is readily demonstrated by requiring housing contractors for illegal aliens to furnish the illegal aliens with voter registration forms. If half of the Biden hope for illegals followed through, it will swing the election. The few people in authority who might have some influence don't seem to connect the dots. Sad case for America in its dying days!
